I have a lot to share.
I'm a quilter. I've been quilting since 2001 when my friend, Stacey, came to visit me and gifted me with a quilt she made for me. I was intrigued and caught the bug.
After she went home I researched (a little) and purchased my first Babylock, an Ellure. My first "quilt" was a table topper measuring about 24" square. When binding I left some of the batting showing. LOL
I still put that table topper out occasionally.
But that's not my whole story.

Yes, I was on YouTube.
My husband, Jim, and I moved to Sydney, Australia in 2012 and lived there for 3 years.
Upon returning to the US, my quilting mojo really kicked in. I started a YouTube channel, where I was a prolific un-boxer and influencer. Eventually I focused my channel mainly on quilting and finally to Foundation Paper Piecing. I taught myself to FPP and I taught others. I opened a small online quilt shop and started my own quilting retreats to teach FPP.
Over time I built a wonderful quilting community and thrive on seeing others succeed at things they thought they couldn't do. I love to teach!
All that changed in 2024.
